After a couple of days with the Pavoni, I was able to pull some nice shots on it. A capuccino:

And an espresso: The milk frothing is also much easier on the Professional, than on the standard one. I’ve always struggled with the machine my ex has, to get nice microfoam, but with this baby it’s easy peasy: I know it’s not perfect, but I’m still learning!
