The good folks at Omni Group

For a couple of months I've been taking part in Omni Groups Sneaky Peak betatesting of their new GTD app, OmniFocus. I'm proud to say, that I've actually been testing the app and sending them feedback on my experience with it. And I've recieved a couple of mails from their renowned Support Ninjas! But today I recieved a mail from their Support & QA Manager, Brian C. as an answer on a previous mail I've sent (The lines with ">" is what I wrote in my original mail):
Juri- > Actually I'm now using it as my main GTD app now! ;-) Excellent! Thanks very much! >Btw. one feature I'd like to see in OmniFocus is a way to sync the >lists onto a PDA/Phone/iPod or something - maybe via iSync. Is that >something you have planned for? The way we're currently tackling this is to synch actions over to iCal as to-do's (the option is under the file menu) which can then be synched over to the phone - does that work for your purposes? If not, let me know what you would need and I'll be happy to write up feature requests as needed... If you have any other questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact me. We really appreciate your support! Sincerely, Brian C. Support & QA Manager Omni Group
It's mails like that, that really makes a customer like me change from being just a customer, to being a follower, a "believer". I really think that Omni Group makes great software, and recommends it to everyone I think can benefit from their products, but this mail really makes me feel that the good folks at Omni Group actually cares about their customers, about me. And that makes all the difference. As a final note: If you're into GTD you should get ready to jump on the OmniFocus bandwagon when version 1.0 ships. It really is a great app. Or just participate in the sneaky peek betatest as I do ;-) You can read more about it on the OmniFocus product site.
